“Lettuce.Vision” Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how “Lettuce.Vision” (pronounced “Lettuce dot Vision”), a Product of “Lettuce.” (pronounced “Lettuce dot”), the consumer brand under which Lettuce Park A, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates, handles information when you visit lettuce.vision, download or use the “Lettuce.Vision” desktop browser, sign in through “Lettuce.Zip”, or otherwise use the Service. Signing in with a “Lettuce.” account through “Lettuce.Zip” is governed by this Policy across every Product you access with that account.

Your ordinary browsing is direct. “Lettuce.Vision” normally connects your device directly to the websites and search provider you choose. We do not operate as a proxy for all webpage traffic, and the current browser does not upload your general browsing history to Lettuce.

2. Information handled by the browser

Browser settingsPreferences such as your selected Lettuce wand and whether it is enabled are stored locally on your device.

3. Information we receive

When you use our website or Lettuce-operated services, we and our hosting providers may receive standard request data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device type, referring page, and security logs. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message. If you connect a Lettuce account, Lettuce account services process your authentication and profile information.

The current desktop browser does not include a Lettuce-operated general browsing-history synchronization or advertising-profile service. If we introduce optional sync, telemetry, crash reporting, or personalized services, we will describe the controls and update this Policy before applying them.

4. Search and third-party websites

When you search from the address bar or new-tab page, the query is sent to the configured search provider so it can return results. That provider receives the query and standard connection information under its own privacy policy. When you visit a website, that site may receive your IP address, browser information, cookies, requests, and information you choose to submit. Websites may use trackers or request device permissions. Lettuce Park A, LLC does not control third-party privacy practices.

5. How we use information

  • To provide downloads, account connection, updates, support, and Service functionality.
  • To authenticate users and display their Lettuce profile in the browser.
  • To secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve Lettuce-operated services.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, malware distribution, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information or general browsing history.

6. How we share information

  • Service providers: hosting, authentication, email, release distribution, and security providers that process information on our behalf.
  • At your direction: search providers and websites you choose to contact receive the requests necessary to provide their services.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the Service.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

7. Data retention

Local browser data remains on your device until you clear it, delete the browser profile, uninstall the application and remove its data, or a website expires it. Lettuce-operated services retain account, support, and security information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and legal, accounting, or security obligations.

8. Your controls and rights

You can manage or clear website data, history, downloads, permissions, and wand settings through browser or operating-system controls as those features become available. You can disconnect by signing out of your Lettuce account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit a request to privacy@lettuce.vision. We may verify your identity before completing a request and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

9. Security and updates

We use safeguards such as encrypted network transport, application sandboxing, limited renderer privileges, and access controls. Automatic updates help deliver security fixes. No browser, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and you remain responsible for device security and account credentials.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is a general-purpose browser and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Lettuce-operated Vision services. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ internet use and use available device or network controls.

11. International processing

We operate in the United States. Information handled by Lettuce-operated services may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the browser develops. Material changes take effect on the updated date and will be communicated through the website, browser, or account contact information when appropriate.
